Refit Design & Engineering

Refits, large or small, require design and engineering experience. Our involvement ensures that the vessel’s refit is not only technically sound but also time and cost effective.

During any refit, we provide engineering and design work, and will identify any issues that may affetc the vessels classification or characteristics. This can include stability, structure, speed, power, stability and range.

It is essential that the refit is designed and planned in advance with refit specifications and a yard tendering process, just like any other project.

We work closely with the Yard, and Owner's team to make sure the vessel spends as little time out of service as possible.
